A Phoenix Sister Circle Experience
Autumn naturally invites us to slow down, take stock, and let go of what we no longer need. Rooted in Renewal is an intimate afternoon for women to do just that—together.
Through guided reflection, restorative practices, and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore what this season is asking us to release and what we want to recommit to moving forward.
The experience follows a simple rhythm:
Regulate → Reflect → Release → Recommit
We’ll begin by settling the body and creating space to be present. From there, we’ll move into reflection and conversation over tea, scones, and light bites before closing the afternoon with practices centered on release, intention, and the season ahead.
Your ticket includes a restorative sound bath, guided reflection, Tea & Scones, wellness experiences, seasonal refreshments, gathering materials, and a personalized intention oil created during the experience.
You’ll leave with your intention oil and a personal keepsake to continue working with what you explored during the gathering.
