Sound Baths
You don’t have to quiet your mind. Let the sound do some of the work.
We spend so much of our day taking things in—conversations, notifications, responsibilities, noise, decisions, and the constant movement of life. Even when your body stops, your mind doesn’t always get the message.
A sound bath creates space for both to slow down.
Using singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds, waves of vibration move through the room while you simply rest. There’s nothing to perform, figure out, or get right. You can close your eyes, breathe, and allow yourself to receive.
Why sound?
Sound gives your attention somewhere gentle to land.
As you listen to the different tones and vibrations, it can become easier to step away from racing thoughts and settle into a deeper state of rest. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, or more connected to their bodies.
Think of it as giving your system permission to turn down the volume for a while.
What happens during a session
We begin with a few moments to arrive and get comfortable. You’ll typically lie down or sit while I guide you into the experience with breath, grounding, or a short meditation.
From there, you simply receive.
Depending on the session, I may work with singing bowls, chimes, drums, voice, or other instruments to create layers of sound and vibration around you.
No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
Your only job is to get comfortable and be here.
Sound baths can be especially supportive when you’re...
Feeling mentally overloaded or overstimulated
Carrying stress that’s been difficult to put down
Having trouble slowing your thoughts
Craving intentional rest
Feeling disconnected from yourself or your body
Moving through a transition and needing space to process
Simply ready to be cared for instead of being the one doing everything
More than relaxation
Yes, you may leave incredibly relaxed.
But the deeper intention is to create a pause long enough for you to actually hear yourself again.
Sometimes that looks like clarity. Sometimes emotion moves. Sometimes you sleep better that night. And sometimes the most important thing that happens is that, for an hour, you didn't have to do anything for anyone.
There doesn’t have to be a crisis before you give yourself that kind of space.
Come rest awhile.
You’ve been carrying enough. Let the sound hold you for a little while.
