Meet the Founder
Brooklyn-born with Caribbean and Southern roots, Corrine McLaughlin is a former social worker turned spiritual wellness practitioner whose work lives at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, ancestry, and everyday life.
Her approach is curious, grounded, and deeply human—less about prescribing one path to wellness and more about helping people discover what genuinely brings them back to themselves.
Royal Roots is where those worlds meet: her professional experience, spiritual practice, creativity, love of ritual, and devotion to honoring the people and wisdom that came before her.
